Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the internal and external project logs as necessary.
- Maintain internal and external reports as necessary.
- Affiliate with the Project Manager(s) to update project tasks in software systems, alongside processing Requests for Information, Submittals, Drawing Logs, and other management tools.
- Ensure the appropriate bid documents are dispatched to bidders for various bid packages as they become active.
- Build and sustain the bidders' list.
- Maintain current construction documents.
- Receive and act upon Request for Information (RFI) communications from contractors.
- Review and process submittals; maintain submittal log.
- Support the management of the day-to-day project, including responding to pay requests, change orders, RFIs, submittals, contracts, purchase orders, and closeout.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
- 0-2 years of experience in large, complex facility construction.
- On-site experience in the management of new construction and the renovation of existing assets.
- Basic Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid Driver's License.
- LEED AP certification preferred.
