Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute specific project scopes
- Coordinate with field labor to ensure safety, adherence to plans, and quality
- Resolve engineering issues and communicate with various stakeholders
- Monitor construction progress and update status weekly
- Organize project records and document control
- Mentor new engineers and assist the project manager with additional duties
- Estimate future work
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Bluebeam (intermediate Excel skills)
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and experience reading drawings
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to teamwork and client satisfaction
- Interest in LEAN construction principles
- Valid driver’s license
- Mechanical aptitude
Qualifications
- 3-10 years of construction management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
