Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Aid in the planning and execution of civil construction projects, including site assessments, resource allocation, and scheduling.
• Assist in the oversight of day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, including interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address concerns or questions.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contract drawings, applicable codes, standards, and environmental and safety requirements.
• Identify and address issues or discrepancies that arise during construction, working closely with project managers and other engineers to implement effective solutions.
