Project Engineer

What You'll Do

• Support the project team in organizing and maintaining the budget, safety expectations, diversity standards, schedule, and quality requirements
• Maintain client and architect/engineer relationships throughout the project lifecycle and beyond
• Assist the project team in resolving project issues with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Support operations reporting as requested
• Assist with the MEP coordination drawing process
• Initiate, log, procure, review, and process submittals
• Create, analyze, and manage the RFI process
• Support the project team in participating in project meetings, including taking and distributing meeting minutes
• Aid in site logistics and the construction management plan
• Support the Superintendent with project documentation and daily reports as needed
• Post and maintain drawings and specifications through the contract document control process
• Verify subcontractor as-built drawings and documents on a monthly basis
• Develop and lead the material management program, including deliveries aligned with the schedule and compliant with approved submittals
• Absorb and document workforce production rates by trade and identify issues that may impact the schedule
• Obtain and record subcontractor safety compliance documents while supporting the Site Safety Manager with coordination and compliance
• Develop and lead the closeout matrix and closeout process
• Aid in the development and execution of the quality management program
