You won’t just be sitting behind a screen; you’ll be the bridge between complex customer specs and tangible manufacturing success. Your Impact

• Own the Technical Lifecycle: Lead all engineering deliverables from initial contract review to final production release.
• Bridge the Gap: Collaborate daily with Project Managers, customers, and the shop floor to ensure designs are both innovative and manufacturable.
• Precision Engineering: Release accurate 2D/3D drawings and manage Bills of Manufacturing (BOM) to keep production moving flawlessly.
• Adapt & Optimize: Identify scope changes early, providing clear estimates of labor, material, and schedule impacts to keep projects on track.

What You Bring

• Technical Versatility: You’re comfortable navigating a mix of electrical codes, pneumatics, PLCs, and structural loads.
• Software Fluency: Expert-level skills in AutoCAD (2D/3D), Inventor, and MS Office.
• Meticulous Mindset: A sharp attention to detail - and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously without missing a beat.
• Communication: The ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or similar).
• Experience: 3+ years in an engineering role; experience in manufacturing environments is a major plus.
• Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
