Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer, you will support the design and delivery of critical water infrastructure projects that help communities thrive. Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for water/wastewater infrastructure projects
• Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports, contract documents, and cost estimates
• Perform calculations and design tasks using industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices for water/wastewater systems
• Join field assignments with senior staff to gain hands-on experience in assessment, planning, and improvement of water/wastewater infrastructure systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
• No experience required; however prior internships and/or relevant coursework are preferred
• Strong theoretical foundation and familiarity with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team
• Participation in professional engineering society/organization preferred
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification a plus

Pay

Salary Range: $74,000 - $78,000. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
