About the role
The Project Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing various projects within an industrial and manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Create conceptual and schematic drawings using SolidWorks and support implementation
- Support existing design redlining and implementation
- Collaborate with Engineering Management to execute capital projects from concept to implementation
- Design plant layouts, utilities, and bulk material handling systems including air conveying and conveying equipment
- Work with CMMS programs such as Maximo and Fluke
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering degree preferred, open to Electrical and Industrial Engineering disciplines
- 7 to 10+ years of project engineering or project management experience in industrial and/or manufacturing environment
- Strong SolidWorks experience with the ability to create conceptual and schematic drawings, redline existing designs, and support implementation (AutoCAD experience will also be considered)
- Background with plant layout designs, utilities, and bulk material handling systems including air conveying and conveying equipment preferred
- Experience with CMMS programs, preferably Maximo and/or Fluke
