Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will own the technical design of assigned projects, from detailed design through delivery. They will translate concepts into buildable solutions with a design/build mindset, working with SMEs to integrate mechanical, electrical, and facility design into practical project packages.

Responsibilities

• Produce and review engineering drawings, specifications, and submittals
• Support project teams with budgets, schedules, procurement, and design clarifications
• Participate in client meetings and sales presentations, representing BlastOne professionally
• Travel to project sites to support installation, commissioning, and field problem-solving

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience supporting project teams in industrial or construction environments
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong aptitude for design/build projects and equipment integration
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint/OneDrive
• Procore or CAD software experience preferred
• PMP certification a plus

Qualifications
