Balfour Beatty Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Project Financial Responsibilities: Preconstruction Services, Project Start-up and Scheduling, Project Administration, Coordination, and Close-out
- Promote Customer Relations
- Promote Culture, Leadership, and Employee Development
Requirements
- B.S. in Construction Management (preferred)
- Proficiency in using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook)
- One to three years of previous working experience and/or one six-month intern co-op with a construction company
- RFI, Change orders, Submittals, Punch-list, Assisting with sub-contractor meeting minutes
Qualifications
Essential Functions include:
- Maintain certain aspects of the project schedule, as assigned by the Project Manager, by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials, and maintaining schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitability, and while complying with our Safety/Zero Harm culture.
