About the Role
A dedicated Project Engineer to oversee construction projects, ensuring they progress on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring projects
- Ensuring compliance with codes, QA/QC policies, and safety standards
- Interacting with clients to interpret needs and representing them in the field
- Managing quality control, reporting project status, and mentoring team members
- Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to provide technical support
- Reviewing deliverables, managing costs, and coordinating subcontractors
- Scheduling milestones and mitigating potential issues
- Ensuring safety regulations are followed and project progress is tracked
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Construction Project Engineer
- Deep understanding of construction methods, building codes, and management processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and crisis resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and construction management software
- Must hold OSHA 30 and EM 385 certifications
