Job Summary
Works as a technical lead for the DENSO NA Sustainability (ESG) Platform. Ensures regulatory compliance, meets external customer reporting expectations, and achieves DENSO sustainability goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with NA Sustainability Promotion to define business requirements enabling regulatory compliance, sustainability reporting, and DENSO sustainability goals.
- Lead overall system integration through collaboration with other departments in NA ITDC, ensuring appropriate data flow for product carbon footprint and real-time energy usage calculations.
- Translate business requirements into system technical requirements and manage implementation to meet customer expectations.
- Create and execute test plans to ensure system quality and address testing-related issues using problem-solving skills.
- Drive system adoption through user training, addressing usability issues, and identifying and implementing corrective actions for system technical issues.
- Establish and lead regular cross-functional collaboration meetings, such as milestone meetings and design reviews.
- Utilize appropriate tools to facilitate communication across the project team.
- Maintain communication with the customer and inform regularly on project status.
- Identify and escalate risks/issues to management and others as needed.
- Create various project reports and present to management, including project completeness and risks/issues.
- Actively seek and recognize process/improvement opportunities.
- May act as an advisor or mentor to junior professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of related experience
