Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technical disciplines like mechanical, electrical, mechatronics from a nationally accredited institution/university.
- At least 7 years' experience in technical disciplines, with responsibility for budget and TPC in cost management roles.
- Project management and planning skills, ability to lead cross-functional work groups, meetings, and task forces.
- Good analytical skills and an interdisciplinary mindset.
- Good communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Fluency or advanced proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of STLA processes and organization, working as an SRA or similar role.
- Experience in cost management roles in the automotive industry.
- Experience in propulsion systems in the automotive industry.
