Responsibilities
- Lead the project team to achieve training objectives and community engagement
- Ensure technical quality in project operations and compliance with organizational policies
- Develop work plans and policies for timely project execution
- Collaborate on budget reviews and ensure prudent fund management
- Absess workforce development challenges to inform grant strategies
- Create and implement communications strategies aligned with project goals
- Manage a team of 12-14 staff and community consultants
- Support communication with project funder and stakeholders
- Promote a culture of excellence and inclusivity within the team
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Workforce Education, Development, International Development, or related field
- 10 years of project management experience, especially complex/global projects
- 5 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in workforce education or development
- Experience managing teams and grants in varied contexts
- Proficient in partnership-building with diverse stakeholders
- English fluency required, second language preferred
