Project Director, Lifting Futures

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to achieve training objectives and community engagement
• Ensure technical quality in project operations and compliance with organizational policies
• Develop work plans and policies for timely project execution
• Collaborate on budget reviews and ensure prudent fund management
• Absess workforce development challenges to inform grant strategies
• Create and implement communications strategies aligned with project goals
• Manage a team of 12-14 staff and community consultants
• Support communication with project funder and stakeholders
• Promote a culture of excellence and inclusivity within the team

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Workforce Education, Development, International Development, or related field
• 10 years of project management experience, especially complex/global projects
• 5 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in workforce education or development
• Experience managing teams and grants in varied contexts
• Proficient in partnership-building with diverse stakeholders
• English fluency required, second language preferred

Pay

$130,000 – $160,000 annually
