About the role

Lead a team of project managers to oversee the development and maintenance of high-end resorts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to resort development and maintenance.
• Manage a team of project managers to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project management plans and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management software.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
