Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for all contract activities
- Responsible for overall contract performance, quality, timeline adherence, and government communications
- Manage a large-scale, multi-year federal technical assistance or health program contracts of comparable scope and complexity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in public health, health administration, health policy, or a closely related field
- Relevant certifications or a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree
- Minimum ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in federal health program management, technical assistance, or related fields
- Minimum five (5) years of experience managing contracts or programs serving safety net populations, federally qualified health centers, or underserved communities
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractor or teaming partner relationships on contracts of comparable complexity and dollar value
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to senior federal agency leadership
