About the role

We're seeking a Project Director to lead our initiatives and drive strategic projects forward. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management and a deep understanding of organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to improve project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, engineering, etc.)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience in leading large-scale projects.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
