Project Development Manager

About the role

The Project Development Manager will lead the development and execution of projects within the portfolio company, Halo Materials. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of materials science.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely completion of projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
• Oversee project budgets and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or related field
• Experience in materials science or related technical field
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Technical writing and documentation skills
