About the role

The Project Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of large-scale projects from inception to completion. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans that align with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Oversee project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing complex projects involving multiple phases and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Understanding of project risk assessment and mitigation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
