About the role
The Project Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of large-scale projects from inception to completion. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans that align with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Oversee project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Qualifications
