We are seeking an experienced Project Development Manager to support our growing Energy team in the Southwest.

Responsibilities

• Ensures continuity, quality, risk mitigation, and profitability through the development phase of ESPC or Design Build projects.
• Primary technical customer interface.
• Ledds and manages internal and external resource team through all aspects of project development.
• Accountable for all development deliverables.
• Manage risk.
• Coaches and trains younger staff members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture or Facilities Management or equivalent field of study required.
• Ten (10) years of experience may substitute for education.
• Eight (8) years of engineering, construction, and/or project management experience required.
• CEM, DBIA, CMP, PMP, PE, and LEED professional designations preferred.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint and CRM preferred.
• Comfortable speaking in front of others, creating and giving technical and sales presentations preferred.
• Knowledge of: All phases of developing complex owner direct design-build projects preferred.
• Construction management, energy modeling calculations, and industry standards.
• Facility improvement measures preferred.
• Customer business and financial models preferred.
• Performance contracting or design-build preferred.
• Financing proformas, grants, and utility incentive programs preferred.
• Contracts preferred.

The pay range for this position is $126,900 - $195,480 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

Base pay information is based on market location.
