Responsibilities
- Act as an initial point of contact for clients, architects, and designers on new projects
- Support the SVP and Manager in driving prospective projects forward, maintaining momentum and regular communication with relevant stakeholders
- Attend networking, business development meetings, and events representing I-Grace
- Carefully document and organize new project opportunities and inquiries
- Create detailed notes and reports on existing relationships and active prospects
- Contribute to the development of proposals and solutions to client problems, coordinating I-Grace resources for implementation
- Support the creation of proposals and materials for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including editing or drafting written copy, identifying relevant portfolio items, and creating graphics using InDesign, Creative Cloud, Bluebeam, and Excel
- Document and organize prospective project information including drawings, photographs, written reports, and scopes of work
- Organize and submit prospect approval forms
- Partner with all I-Grace teams to develop client touchpoints, gifting, seasonal outreaches, and engagement initiatives
- Learn I-Grace’s portfolio and stay current on the scope of active projects and relationships
- Assist the SVP in preparing for internal Business Development meetings; attend and take meeting notes
- Provide administrative assistance including expenses, scheduling, filing, and travel arrangements
- Organize and execute events showcasing I-Grace
- Manage and update the contact database
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in architecture, interior design, project management, or high-end residential private property management
- BA in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; or equivalent construction experience
- Experience working on high-end residential projects and/or within luxury brands
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawing sets
- Knowledge of technical architectural components, formal architectural styles, and corresponding phases of the design process
- Proficiency in CAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; preferred for client-facing travel throughout the New York area

Pay
Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience.
