Project Designer- Residential

About the role

The ideal candidate will be an architectural designer who can assist in developing design solutions across multiple projects. They should possess a strong design aesthetic, enjoy creative work, and be able to collaborate both independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine design solutions for various projects
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals including civil, electrical, and structural engineers
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Create construction documents and specifications
• Manage contract administration
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Use software such as Autocad, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and REVIT
• Have experience with residential architecture design and hand-drawing

Requirements

• A minimum of 5-8+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor of Architecture degree or Master's of Architecture degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience with residential architecture design and hand-drawing is preferred
