Project Designer / Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting all aspects of a project from concept to completion
• Generating construction documents and interior specifications
• Selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment)
• Participating in client meetings and presentations
• Preparing and submitting NYC Department of Building filing documents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Rhino & Vray or Sketch Up
• Experience in generating construction documents
• Experience in generating NYC Department of Building filing documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods

• Strong design sense
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proactive in taking on responsibilities
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
