The Project Designer - Land Development position at CPH is responsible for designing and developing land-based projects within the firm.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop land-based projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for client needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS software, and other design tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of land development processes and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management software
