About the role
The Project Designer at GameTime is responsible for creating innovative recreation-based site designs and presentation materials that align with client visions, project goals, and company standards. This role involves producing 2D site layouts, creating high-quality 3D visualizations, and participating in client meetings and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Become knowledgeable of product lines and intended functions to create innovative and compelling site layouts.
- Create 2D site layouts with supporting documentation that meet industry compliant standards (ASTM, ADA, CPSC).
- Create 3D visualizations and presentation materials that accurately and creatively communicate design intent and experience.
- Analyze and interpret construction drawings, surveys, topographic maps, and other project-related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Effectively communicate project details verbally and visually with design team members and clients/end users.
- Collaborate with design team members both internally and externally to deliver creative design solutions that meet project financial and functional goals.
- Contribute to the organization and management of project activities and materials.
Requirements
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Lumion, Sketchup, and other relevant software tools.
- Working knowledge of construction drawings, topographic mapping, and related documentation for site layouts.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Experience in a design-related field such as Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Architectural Design, Interior Design, or the playground design industry.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Suite Software.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a design-related field, or equivalent experience in the playground design industry.
- Working experience in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or related design fields.
Skills
