The Deloitte AI & Engineering team transforms technology platforms, drives innovation, and makes a significant impact on clients' success. You'll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and reengineering operations and processes critical to businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of engineering or technology initiatives from planning through execution and release
  • Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Cross-functional coordination, including engineering, product, business, and vendor stakeholders
  • Monitoring delivery progress and reporting status, milestones, and blockers to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Driving governance, resource planning, and process discipline to support quality, compliance, and on-time delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Project Management
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • 4+ years of experience leading engineering, software, infrastructure, or technology delivery projects
  • 1+ years of experience managing cross-functional project teams
  • Experience using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Experience managing project plans, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Preferred

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Project Management
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Scrum Master or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification
  • Experience leading cloud, platform, or digital engineering programs
  • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project
  • Experience managing vendor or third-party delivery teams

Pay

$113,000 to $188,400 annually

Schedule

Hybrid schedule, with 20% travel estimated based on work requirements and client/industry sectors.
