Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end delivery of engineering or technology initiatives from planning through execution and release
- Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Cross-functional coordination, including engineering, product, business, and vendor stakeholders
- Monitoring delivery progress and reporting status, milestones, and blockers to leadership and key stakeholders
- Driving governance, resource planning, and process discipline to support quality, compliance, and on-time delivery

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Project Management
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- 4+ years of experience leading engineering, software, infrastructure, or technology delivery projects
- 1+ years of experience managing cross-functional project teams
- Experience using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Experience managing project plans, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
Preferred
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Project Management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Scrum Master or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification
- Experience leading cloud, platform, or digital engineering programs
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project
- Experience managing vendor or third-party delivery teams
Pay
$113,000 to $188,400 annually
Schedule
Hybrid schedule, with 20% travel estimated based on work requirements and client/industry sectors.
