Project Delivery Lead - Transportation

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business group controls and reporting procedures to capture and manage project delivery, in alignment with corporate, regional, and area goals and practices.
• Project management skills development - Work with the business group manager in staff development, project management training and mentorship.
• Monitor, avoid, and minimize project loss and claims.
• Oversee and coordinate with quality, commercial management, production and BIM managers for the success of projects and business group.
• Workshare management - Oversee section workload reporting and coordinate the workload summaries with the Transportation Business Group Manager.
• Streamline Area project management processes (remove barriers to execution).

Preferred Qualifications

• BSCE is required, MSCE preferred.
• PE license required.
• Previous work experience with an A/E/C Engineering firm preferred.
• 15+ years project management related experience in appropriate discipline.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Candidate should have excellent project management skills.
• Previous experience managing staff, clients, and contracts for an engineering team is desired.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
