About the role

The Project Customer Services Representative-Triage Team is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various channels. They are expected to handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from clients
  • Resolve client issues and provide solutions
  • Follow up on client inquiries and ensure satisfaction
  • Document all interactions and escalate complex issues as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Qualifications

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
