About the role
The Project Customer Services Representative-Triage Team is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various channels. They are expected to handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients
- Resolve client issues and provide solutions
- Follow up on client inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Document all interactions and escalate complex issues as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
