About the role
This position involves managing and controlling project costs throughout the construction and development phases. Key responsibilities include budgeting, cost estimation, and overseeing financial aspects of projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project budgets and cost estimates
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budget constraints
- Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
- Manage contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contractual terms related to cost control
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or development project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
