Project Coorinator

Join a dynamic ITSM team supporting process excellence, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement across the enterprise. This Project Coordinator role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to help keep processes aligned, compliant, and running smoothly while contributing to ServiceNow-related initiatives and business outcomes. Responsibilities Support the day-to-day management and execution of an assigned ITSM processMonitor process performance, track key metrics, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvementCoordinate process-related activities such as status updates, workshops, project kickoffs, solution reviews, testing, and UATPartner with product, business analysis, and platform teams to help ensure solutions meet process and business needsAssist with stakeholder communication, documentation, training, and process awareness effortsHelp promote process compliance, adoption, and ongoing maturity across the organizationProvide operational input and subject matter support for process-related decisions and improvementsContribute to governance activities and support additional responsibilities as needed Skills Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceThree or more years of experience in a related roleStrong proficiency in Excel, including Pivot TablesStrong proficiency in WordSolid communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to stay organized and manage priorities in a changing environmentProblem-solving mindset with a process-oriented approachCollaborative, team-focused attitude and a strong commitment to qualityComfort working with stakeholders at various levels of the organization Preferred Skills Working knowledge of ServiceNowFamiliarity with command line prompt conceptsExperience supporting process workshops, UAT, or process improvement initiativesBackground in ITSM or operational process coordination Horizontal is committed to fostering a workplace rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion, where all individuals are welcomed, respected, and valued.
