Position Summary

The Project Manager will support the fulfillment of large strategic deals coordinating with the Sales Team, Customer, Supply Chain, Service Team, Customer Care, and Scheduling. The Project Manager will also handle other projects to support Quench business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact with the customer during the project to coordinate, plan, and execute fulfillment.
• Communicate with key stakeholders weekly to identify action items and project risks.
• Review and audit daily reports, identifying open items and following up with appropriate teams.
• Facilitate meetings with clients and internal team members to support the project.
• Manage escalations related to planning and execution of the project.
• Work with the customer to identify a communication plan for the project and document that plan.
• Maintain and update the project plan for rollouts.
• Determine equipment needs for the project and track shipments to ensure units/equipment are delivered.
• Distribute project reports to internal and external customers.
• Partner with Service and Scheduling to build out resource planning for rollout.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or 5 years of customer or service operations experience.
• Extremely organized and detail‑oriented.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written); prompt communication is vital.
• Exceptional ability to multi‑task and stay organized in a results‑driven, fast‑moving environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Process compliance: follows all documented processes and department policies to provide customer support.
• Ability to collaborate and use influence cross‑functionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Monday.com or other project tools is a plus.

Compensation

$55,000 – $60,000 a year, plus commission, benefits, and incentive awards.
