Project Coordinator Residential & Commercial Painting

Key Responsibilities

• Residential/Commercial Project Management, planning and overseeing multiple projects from commencement to finish ranging from single-room projects to whole house/premises repaint.
• Cordination with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Utilize the work order process to manage timelines, budgets and resource allocations.
• Supervise & Schedule crews, vendors, sub-contractors and other resources for the jobs.
• Maintain daily communication with homeowners to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Perform final walkthroughs and inspections to ensure client satisfaction.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently while keeping projects on schedule and budget.

Requirements

• 5 Years experience as a Project Manager or Team Leader in the residential / commercial painting industry.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, Conflict resolution and attention to detail.
