The Project Coordinator / Manager will support the successful delivery of strategic projects by ensuring strong coordination, organization, and operational consistency across teams. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinate recurring and ad hoc meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions across multiple project workstreams.
  2. Manage meeting documentation, including notes, action items, decisions, and ownership tracking to support continuity and accountability.
  3. Maintain organized records of open items, project updates, and key decisions to enable effective project handoffs.
  4. Support participant logistics, communications, and operational coordination for project activities, pilots, surveys, or stakeholder engagements.
  5. Monitor communication channels, track questions or requests, and ensure information is shared with the appropriate stakeholders.
  6. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, metrics, and tracking materials for leadership and project management teams.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliance with organizational processes, reporting requirements, and project standards.
  8. Participate in project management initiatives, team meetings, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements include:

  • An organized and proactive professional with experience supporting projects, coordinating teams, and managing operational details in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document information clearly and facilitate collaboration.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, tracking action items, preparing documentation, and maintaining project records.
  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to identify gaps, follow up on tasks, and support smooth project execution.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and leaders.
  • An interest in project management best practices, process improvement, and continuous professional development.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, reporting processes, and collaboration platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong self-management and accountability.
