The Project Coordinator / Manager will support the successful delivery of strategic projects by ensuring strong coordination, organization, and operational consistency across teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate recurring and ad hoc meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions across multiple project workstreams.
- Manage meeting documentation, including notes, action items, decisions, and ownership tracking to support continuity and accountability.
- Maintain organized records of open items, project updates, and key decisions to enable effective project handoffs.
- Support participant logistics, communications, and operational coordination for project activities, pilots, surveys, or stakeholder engagements.
- Monitor communication channels, track questions or requests, and ensure information is shared with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, metrics, and tracking materials for leadership and project management teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliance with organizational processes, reporting requirements, and project standards.
- Participate in project management initiatives, team meetings, and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements include:
- An organized and proactive professional with experience supporting projects, coordinating teams, and managing operational details in a collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document information clearly and facilitate collaboration.
- Experience coordinating meetings, tracking action items, preparing documentation, and maintaining project records.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to identify gaps, follow up on tasks, and support smooth project execution.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and leaders.
- An interest in project management best practices, process improvement, and continuous professional development.
- Familiarity with project management tools, reporting processes, and collaboration platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong self-management and accountability.
