We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, legal, etc). Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, etc. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Working Title: Project Coordinator-Housing Capital & Life Safety - Department: Housing, Dining & Conference Services - Appointment Type: one-year probationary appointment. - Time Base: Full-Time (1.0 FTE) - Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (but later says schedule may vary occasional evenings, weekends, holidays) - Anticipated Hiring Range: $5,079.00-6,315.00/monthly ($60,948–$75,780/annually) - Salary is commensurate with experience. (We should not create Pay section if only "commensurate with experience"? Actually they gave a range, so we have pay info. We can include Pay section with the range. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. They state range, so we can include Pay. They also state schedule (Monday-Friday 8-5) plus note about occasional variations. So we can include Schedule. - Position Summary: description. - Position Information: includes Capital Planning, Design & Construction (CPDC) Project Coordination (list of duties), Fire Life Safety (FLS) Program Coordination (list), Program Support and Analysis (list). These are responsibilities. - Minimum Qualifications: includes Knowledge And Skill, Experience And Education, etc. Also Preferred Qualifications. - Required License/Certification: Must have a valid California Driver’s license (or ability to obtain within 30 days or hire). Also mandated reporter note. - Environmental/Physical/Special: description of work environment, on-call rotation, etc. - Pre-Employment Requirements: background check, proof of US Citizenship or authorization to work. - Benefits: description of benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Pension, 401k, Healthcare Savings Account, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Vacation and Sick Leave, State Holidays, dynamic Fee Waiver program). Also mention CSUEU Position (for CSUEU Positions Only) etc. - Additional Information: about not sponsoring H1-B, work location, immunization encouragement, HR office hours, etc. Some of that may be considered boilerplate but some is substantive (like work location, no sponsorship). We need to decide what to keep. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Additional Information" includes some legal-ish statements (not sponsoring H1-B, work location, immunization). Might be considered boilerplate but also substantive. However we can keep info about work location (on-campus, must be in California) and that CSU does not sponsor visas. That seems relevant. But the instruction says remove legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The visa sponsorship statement is legal. Might be considered boilerplate. The immunization encouragement maybe also boilerplate. The HR office hours maybe contact info, could be considered application instructions? Might be removed. Safer to keep only substantive sections: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities (the detailed duties), Requirements (minimum qualifications + preferred qualifications + license), Skills (maybe combine knowledge/skill), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler text. So we need to ensure each section has content. Let's extract: About the role: Position Summary paragraph(s). Could combine the two paragraphs under Position Summary. Responsibilities: The bullet-like lists under Position Information: Capital Planning coordination, Fire Life Safety coordination, Program Support and Analysis. Also maybe "Provide lead work direction to student assistants..." etc. Also "Participate in cross-functional teams..." etc. Also "Monitor project progress..." etc. We'll capture all those as list items. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge And Skill, Experience And Education). Also Preferred Qualifications. Also Required License/Certification. Also Pre-Employment Requirements (background check, proof of work eligibility). Also Environmental/Physical/Special? That could be part of Requirements or maybe separate but we don't have a section for that; we could include under Requirements as additional notes. But we have only allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use Qualifications for minimum qualifications, Skills for knowledge/skill, Requirements for license etc? Actually we need to decide mapping. We have both Qualifications and Skills headings allowed. Could use Qualifications for education/experience, Skills for knowledge/skill abilities. Requirements could be for license/certification and pre-employment. But we must not create sections without real content. We'll include all. Let's draft:
