Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings and events
  • Cook up and process expense reports
  • Maintain departmental records
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Organize department meetings and town halls
  • Maintain SharePoint pages
  • Prepare communications
  • Support surveys and documentation through Microsoft tools

Requirements

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree highly desirable
  • 4+ years of administrative or comparable experience
  • Strong administrative, coordination, scheduling, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • High proficiency with MS Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote, Forms, and MS Teams
  • Strong SharePoint experience or ability to quickly become highly proficient
  • High technology savviness and ability to rapidly learn systems
  • Ability to manage calendars, meetings, travel, expense reports, departmental records, onboarding/offboarding support, communications, and meeting logistics
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, solve problems, and support senior leaders with minimal supervision
  • Professional presence, discretion, confidentiality, diplomacy, and good judgment
  • Ability to collaborate with administrative partners, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders across different levels, functions, sites, and time zones
