Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings and events
- Cook up and process expense reports
- Maintain departmental records
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities
- Organize department meetings and town halls
- Maintain SharePoint pages
- Prepare communications
- Support surveys and documentation through Microsoft tools
Requirements
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree highly desirable
- 4+ years of administrative or comparable experience
- Strong administrative, coordination, scheduling, communication, and follow-up skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- High proficiency with MS Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote, Forms, and MS Teams
- Strong SharePoint experience or ability to quickly become highly proficient
- High technology savviness and ability to rapidly learn systems
- Ability to manage calendars, meetings, travel, expense reports, departmental records, onboarding/offboarding support, communications, and meeting logistics
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, solve problems, and support senior leaders with minimal supervision
- Professional presence, discretion, confidentiality, diplomacy, and good judgment
- Ability to collaborate with administrative partners, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders across different levels, functions, sites, and time zones
