About the Role

We're seeking a Project Coordinator ready to be on the front lines of a project, giving daily support to field, project management, and customer teams. This role regularly communicates with field and safety professionals ensuring proper flow of information such as tracking payroll times for the Production team and processing all new hire enrollment documentation.

A Project Coordinator provides project coordination and administrative support for Project Managers (PM) including information flow between office, field and vendors, schedule tracking, and maintaining job files, submittals, RFIs and RFQs. This role assumes specific duties as a team partner with minimal direction.

• Track PM schedule, set-up meetings, travel, catering, etc.
• Communicate with Field and Safety professionals.
• On PV sites, track Payroll times for Production and process all New Hire Enrollment documents.
• Maintain and update job files, controlled forms/logs.
• Assist with proposal, bid presentation, change orders, submittals, RFI & RFD document processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a support role in the construction industry.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Skills

• Excellent communication, written, and organizational skills.
• Adaptable and flexible paired with critical thinking and reasoning skills.
• Strong understanding of software such as Zoom to manage online group presentations and calls.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite – Word and Excel.

Pay

Salary Range: $24.00/hour to $31.00/hour
