Project Coordinator – Design & Preconstruction

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the client journey from contract signing through completion of design and preconstruction
• Schedule and manage all design meetings and selection appointments
• Track and document client selections and design decisions
• Maintain organized project documentation, including plans, scope notes, and selections
• Cook up communication between sales, design, estimating, and project management
• Prepare complete preconstruction documentation for project kickoff
• Support Project Managers with scope clarification once projects move into construction

Qualifications

• Experience working in remodeling, construction, or design-build environments
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with CRM or construction management software
• The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys managing complex processes involving multiple stakeholders.
