Job Responsibilities
- Assist with document control, including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, logs, and reports in Autodesk Build.
- Organize and maintain project files, folders, and systems in both physical and digital formats in Autodesk Build.
- Support Project Engineer and Project Manager with tracking and logging submittals, RFIs, ASIs, CCDs, field orders, and other construction documentation.
- Cookordinate the distribution of approved documents to subcontractors and internal teams.
- Attend project meetings and assist with meeting minutes and follow-up items.
- Help track and assemble project closeout documents including O&Ms, as-builts, warranties, and training materials.
- Aid in maintaining up-to-date project information in project management systems.
- Support procurement tracking and delivery verification in collaboration with the team.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team as needed.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or experience in a related field.
- Strong computer skills with excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience in Bluebeam Revu is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Understanding of plans and schematics.
- Can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Advanced critical thinking and judgment skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours is a plus.
