Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Engineers throughout all phases of construction
  • Prepare, distribute, and track submittals, requests for information, change orders, and other project documentation
  • Maintain project files, drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and internal team members
  • Assist with subcontractor onboarding, insurance documentation, contracts, and purchase orders
  • Track project schedules, action items, procurement deadlines, and outstanding deliverables
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute follow-up items
  • Assist with project billing, cost documentation, change order logs, and budget tracking
  • Support the preparation of closeout documents, warranties, operation manuals, and as-built drawings
  • Help maintain accurate information within the company’s construction management software
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure projects remain organized and on schedule
  • Assist with preconstruction and bidding efforts, including subcontractor outreach, bid solicitation, and proposal tracking

Requirements

  • 1 or more years of project coordination, administrative, or construction industry experience required
  • Experience with a general contractor, subcontractor, architecture firm, or engineering firm is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is preferred
  • Ability to read and organize construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation is a plus

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay

$70,000 - $85,000 per year
