Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Engineers throughout all phases of construction
- Prepare, distribute, and track submittals, requests for information, change orders, and other project documentation
- Maintain project files, drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and internal team members
- Assist with subcontractor onboarding, insurance documentation, contracts, and purchase orders
- Track project schedules, action items, procurement deadlines, and outstanding deliverables
- Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute follow-up items
- Assist with project billing, cost documentation, change order logs, and budget tracking
- Support the preparation of closeout documents, warranties, operation manuals, and as-built drawings
- Help maintain accurate information within the company’s construction management software
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure projects remain organized and on schedule
- Assist with preconstruction and bidding efforts, including subcontractor outreach, bid solicitation, and proposal tracking
Requirements
- 1 or more years of project coordination, administrative, or construction industry experience required
- Experience with a general contractor, subcontractor, architecture firm, or engineering firm is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is preferred
- Ability to read and organize construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation is a plus
Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Pay
$70,000 - $85,000 per year
