Project Coordinator
About the role
Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator (PC) for the Land Development Division.
Responsibilities
- Aid Market Leaders (MLs) and Project Managers (PMs) with various admin tasks relating to proposals, Vantagepoint, and Smartsheet entry/tracking.
- Support proposal generation and expertise in system areas such as Vantage Point and contracting software.
- Assist with project management/billing reports, data input, and integrity management.
- Create meeting agendas and take meeting notes for MLs, as requested.
- Perform other miscellaneous administrative and operational functions as directed by MLs and PMs, such as managing project schedules and client agendas.
- Prepare letters, memos, correspondence, and manage transmittals, printing, and scanning.
- Serve as backup for Office Administrators, when needed.
- Support agency and client deliveries.
Requirements
- Effective communication skills with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential and non-routine information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Vantagepoint, and Smartsheet.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Capable of managing multiple projects/assignments independently, setting priorities, and working with limited supervision.
