Project Coordinator
About the Company
University Health is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a variety of initiatives within the Practice Development department. This role is responsible for coordinating projects related to practice development, recruitment and retention, marketing, contract management, process improvement, and other strategic initiatives. The Project Coordinator serves as a liaison between departments, facilitates communication among stakeholders, and helps identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects within the Practice Development department.
- Support initiatives related to DSRIP projects, recruitment, and employee retention.
- Assist with recognition programs and marketing activities.
- Coordinate contract management processes.
- Support Lean process improvement initiatives.
- Manage and assist with special projects as assigned.
- Provide solutions to project-related issues and challenges.
- Facilitate communication between Practice Development and key stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison across departments to ensure project success.
- Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields is preferred: Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Preferred skills include Human Resources experience, event planning and coordination experience, knowledge of Lean process improvement methodologies, and experience supporting healthcare or practice development projects.
