About the role
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for project management.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans
- Oversee project budgets and resources to ensure efficient use
- Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders, including senior management
- Prepare and present project reports and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Skills

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
