About the role

This project coordinator role will develop high-level resolutions to customer warranty-related issues within the Siemens SI EA business unit, supporting products such as medium voltage switchgear, low voltage switchgears, transformers, e-houses, and others. This is a hybrid position located in Wendell, NC.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level customer resolution by orchestrating interactions between engineering, research and development, project management, sales, manufacturing, and other departments.
• Track and manage multiple warranty cases, ensuring on-time closure while identifying priorities.
• Provide proactive communication on case status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Devise solution-driven approaches to expedite and manage timely closure of warranty cases.
• Follow customer-defined contractual timelines for case responses and provide daily/weekly updates.
• Engage proactively with project management, engineering, quality, application engineering, and other teams.
• Work with factories and quality teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Improve departmental processes by reviewing best practices and enhancing efficiency.
• Provide frequent updates to stakeholders during correction steps.
• Work closely with field service teams and vendors to align on materials and methods of correction.
• Demonstrate ownership in driving timely, cost-effective resolutions for customers while reducing after-delivery costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years of project management or customer service experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to resolve high-profile customer issues.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the Power Distribution area.
• Ability to manage construction software like BIM, COMPASS, or ProCore.

Pay

$61,547 – $105,509
