Duties and Responsibilities
- Assignment as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for processing required travel documentation.
- Schedule travel to include travel itineraries, hotel, transportation, and ensure that vouchers are submitted in a timely fashion for settlement of the traveler's expenses.
- Tracking team travel and ensuring Trip Reports are filled out and stored properly.
- Develop, submit, and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders from beginning until delivery.
- Input Purchase Requisitions into procurement system after receiving contract funding actions following local purchase request policies.
- Aid with Requests for Reimbursement.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
- Maintain SharePoint sites and track Travel Requests, Overtime Requests, and Trip Reports.
- Prepare notes or after-action summaries and track actions items.
- Meeting Coordination, including handling logistics, (e.g., invitations, booking conference rooms, etc.).
- Provide administrative support to Program Manager and perform ad hoc tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Program.
Required Skills
- Active Secret Clearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-5 years administrative experience

- Self-motivated and work well on a team
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and set priorities
- Excellent communication skills

- Desired skills in SAP Concur.
- Ability to effectively interact with personnel at all levels in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Experience with MS Office to coordinate calendars, write communications, develop documentation, and develop filing system.
