About the role

The Project Coordinator at Pauley Construction, LLC performs various tasks related to project management, resource coordination, and documentation. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Distributes minutes to all project team members.
  • Communicates relevant project information to the project team.
  • Reviews field inspection reports from consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Ensures all required project close-out documents are obtained.
  • Communicates ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude.
  • Keeps the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
  • Maintain Tracking Logs, etc.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Pass a background check and company drug screening.
  • Attend and pass all company required training as needed.
  • Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position.
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Previous work experience in construction, telecommunications, or technical field, preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 0 to 2 years of Project Management experience.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of legal documents and agreements.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to meet changing deadlines and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and Smartsheet.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical requirements: Stand, crouch, sit, bend, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms to spaces both high and low, lift up to 10 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Pay

The Project Coordinator's hourly wage range is $22.00 - $25.00, depending on experience.

Schedule

Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position.

Physical & Safety Requirements

  • Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions which can include but is not limited to: extreme heat and cold temperatures; inclement weather such as rain, snow, sleet and dust as well as adverse driving conditions including wet roads, icy roads, and fog.
  • Stand, crouch, sit, bend, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms to spaces both high and low.
  • Lift or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus potentially near and/or far as needed.
