Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Cook up daily, weekly, and monthly project activities across mining, processing, maintenance, and infrastructure projects
• Keep track of project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables; let project leadership know if things aren't going as planned
• Keep records of everything important: work plans, meeting notes, action logs, and reports
• Be the go-between for different groups like operations, engineering, contractors, vendors, and management
• Help with buying stuff by keeping track of purchase orders, material deliveries, and equipment availability
• Help new contractors get set up, coordinate access to sites, and make sure they follow rules
• Watch over above-ground construction and improvements to buildings and operations
• Help keep project plans updated when things change
