Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Cook up the install schedule 4 weeks out with the Sr. Production Manager and Installation Manager
- Jump in and help the Installation Managers and Sales Managers resolve holds within 72 hours to keep things moving
- Give customers a call to prep for the Installation day, confirming the date
- Follow up with customers to tweak the Installation schedule
- Create project packets for each installation job, keeping track of completion, revenue, and missed revenue
- Collaborate with the local Permit Coordinator to make sure all jobs have the right permits and approvals
- Work with the Business Administration Manager to monitor any changes to orders, payments, or project updates
- Keep track of local project statuses in Salesforce, making necessary adjustments
- Handle other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1-3 years of Project Management experience
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Proficiency in using multiple software applications simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of relating to all levels of employees and clients
- Highly dependable, with strong follow-up and responsiveness
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, adaptable to changing situations
