About the role
The Project Coordinator supports the facilitation team in creating effective change processes, assisting with meeting preparation and support, including venue management, catering, audio-visual setup, on-site coordination, and note-taking.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach activities
- Support venue management and audio-visual needs during meetings
- Coordinate on-site logistics and take meeting notes
- Work with the public directly
Requirements
- Experience in conducting outreach
- Interest in working directly with the public
- Availability for 1-4 times per month for in-person meetings and outreach throughout California
Qualifications
