About the role
Rodgers Wade is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in Paris, Texas. This position offers a starting salary of $50K–$55K (DOE), Monday–Friday work schedule with occasional extended hours.
Responsibilities
- Interfaces with customers, sales and estimating to ensure successful and profitable completion of multiple projects.
- Confers with estimators during bid process to provide input as required and become familiar with project.
- Participates in prototype and other design review as required.
- Identifies critical schedule milestones and creates a plan to achieve them.
- Creates proper customer expectations regarding quality and schedule. Revise expectations as circumstances arise during the project.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role (construction, manufacturing, or retail environments a plus).
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams and external clients.
