Overview

We are designing the grid of the future! The Project Coordinator supports the PMO Manager by assisting in gathering information across multiple projects, creating and updating schedules, and tracking budgets to contribute to the successful completion and delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain task schedules to ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Cook up progress reports and adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses.
  • Communicate any potential delays and work with the management.
  • Aid in the processing and management of invoices related to project expenses.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to address any invoicing discrepancies.
  • Ensure the team and management are informed about project updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to update project details.
  • Learn and utilize project management tools.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload based on project needs.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and expanding knowledge in project management.
  • Seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the role.

Qualifications

  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Skill in managing time efficiently and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey project updates and information.
  • Strong commitment to completing tasks with a high level of professionalism and dedication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling, budget tracking, and documentation.
  • Understanding of fundamental project management concepts and methodologies.
  • Willingness and ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, processes, and needs.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software for scheduling and tracking.
  • A higher education degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • Experience in project coordination or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in using basic office software and project management tools (MS Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with project management concepts and tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to business or engineering environments through internships or coursework.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
