Project Coordinator

About The Role

We are building a specialized Siding & Roofing division focused on data centers and advanced commercial/industrial facilities. We’re looking for a Project Coordinator / Document Control Lead who will act as the operational backbone of our projects—supporting everything from award through closeout. This is not a back-office admin role—you will be directly involved in driving multi-million dollar exterior systems projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Manage submittals, RFIs, and drawing logs
• Maintain full project document control (contracts, change orders, closeout packages)
• Track project costs, exposures, and change events
• Cook up material procurement and delivery (IMP systems, roofing, interior wall systems)
• Cook up project scheduling and milestone tracking
• Support project reporting and internal dashboards
• Help ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with scope

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience with steel building systems, commercial/industrial siding or roofing Metal panels / IMP systems preferred
• Previous roles: Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, Construction Administrator, Document Control Specialist

• Understanding of submittals, RFIs, change orders
• Ability to read drawings and specifications
• Strong organization and multitasking ability
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Experienced and strong in Excel, PowerPoint
